Hello Paul and Jacki! Just getting a chance to sit down and write a note of appreciation for all that you have done for us in the past few months. Yes, we're still surrounded by boxes but we couldn't be happier with our new home in Oviedo and I hope you'll share the following reflections with your future clients.
Our move would not have been possible without your tireless efforts and dedication to us personally and professional. We had been frustrated for months by the current market until you walked in our door with a potential buyer. They liked the place and a deal followed quickly, but then the real work began! We needed to find a new home in a hurry and it HAD to be across town. I'm not sure how many comps Jacki pulled, or how many long drive-visits to potential homes she accompanied us on (alot!), but in whirlwind fashion we finally narrowed it down.
In the meantime, Paul was taking care of the cosmetics needed to get our old place ready to close, researching the value of the places we were considering and pushing to make sure the loan paperwork all flowed smoothly right up to the dual closings. What a relief knowing such experts were looking out for us!
Few Real Estate offices can boast of such a Team effort to get the customer the best home, for the best price. I've purchased several houses in the past, but never have I experienced such all-around service in balancing the needs of the seller and buyer.
Paul and Jacki: you are a credit to the industry. We indeed feel blessed that you came into our lives. Our thanks and our support as we will refer you to friends and neighbors.
